I discovered our water line leaking under our home. I called On Call Plumbing, and they were out within three hours and fixed it! I would recommend this company to anyone. There were 2 gentlemen that came out.I didn’t get one guy’s name but the other was Scott. They were friendly and very,very knowledgeable!

I would never use these guys again. Would not tell me what the cost would be, only to say will send you a bill. We’re only here for 20 minutes and charged me $325 in labor and $500. For a part I could have got online.Funny thing was , this wasn’t an emergency! And if it was, they still left me 4 days with no hot water! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I have been using this company for more than 15 years, they are always prompt, friendly and solve my plumbing and HVAC problems. Their charges are reasonable. Recently, they helped me with a more complicated issue and went above and beyond. I heartily recommend them.

After hours call. Reasonable rate. Journeyman arrived quickly and completed job well and quickly. My gripe is being charged $44 for a $6-8 part. Woman on the phone twisted herself into knots justifying this criminal markup, ultimately landing on that pricing being in line with the “industry norm.” I guess the plumbing industry is full of people who shamelessly price gouge. I won’t be back. I’ll get screwed by someone else next time.

Can’t say enough about this company. I own a rental property and do not live in the area. Twice now in two years I’ve had heating issues that needed attention. On Call staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. Service Tech’s were professional and quickly resolved the issues. Based on the fact I was not physically there, they could have easily taken advantage of me. They did not. Cost was extremely reasonable, and the work was done to the highest standard. I would trust On Call with any work I’d ever need to have completed moving forward.

I recently used On Call Plumbing for my bathroom remodel. Everyone was very knowledgeable and excellent to work with! From Kevin, who estimates the projects, to Joe and James who did the actual work on my bathroom, to Katie in the office, they were all so good! I highly recommend working with them for any plumbing projects you have!

We had a nightmare plumbing situation having to do with a defected water softener. On Call Plumbing was amazing and helpful with their multiple trips they had to make. The best part was they were able to deal with the vendor of the defected water softener, arrange a new one and help allocate the invoice to the different vendors. The issue went on for weeks and they remained professional, responsive and empathetic! Appreciate their help and highly recommended!
