I have to say by far the most reliable, smart, professional, and the list goes on. I always USED Roto-Rooter which is a scam in itself figured it’s tough out there let me try someone else, so glad I did, I think the guys name is Kenny, sorry I forgot, came over in 30 minutes after he said 45 which was already a surprise for a sunday night at 21:45 PM, went straight to work after I told him the scam Rotor Rooter did, I am thinking to myself I just replaced the sewer pump less than 3 years ago, thinking this guy is going to screw me as well, NOPE, Kenny says I found the problem, wipes clogged up the motor, took all in all less than 45 minutes, Paid and out, I must say I was blown away how cheap it was especially for a sunday night… i highly recommend Down The Drain Sewer Services for all your plumbing needs you won’t be disappointed…. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!! Be SAFE!

First, I want to say that I rarely leave reviews but I absolutely needed to with this one. A friend of mine had referred this company to me and said they were very good. I was having some issues with my tub and toilet, so I gave this company a call. I have to say, the guy who came was nice, efficient and very professional. He also was able to fix the problems immediately and at an affordable rate! I will definitely be calling them with any future issues.

Kenny is an honest professional. he arrived promptly, identified the problem and solved it, all in a timely fashion. I had a clogged kitchen and bathroom sink and slow flowing and backed up toilets. He is knowledgeable about his profession and also clean and neat while he works. Highly recommend this company.

Down the drain services has amazing customer service! I called one day and he was able to come the next day to inspect my cesspool to check if it was full! Very fair prices and kenny the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable! I used him again for a backed up cesspool and he was able to come the next morning! 5 stars!!

A few days ago I had contacted Down the Drain Sewer Services due to a leak in my basement. I did not know what was causing the leak and asked if someone from the company could come and look at it. It turns out that my toilet was leaking. As a single mom I was so thankful for their neat and friendly service. The leaking was fixed at a fair price. I would recommend this company.
