Darius was absolutely fantastic! In just a quarter of an hour, he had the plumbing access panel open, and then a mere 15 minutes later, he located the leak! He was professional, tidy, and remarkably efficient. I had anticipated being occupied all day, but he was finished by 10:30am. A big thank you to Darius! Also, Sebastian, who provided the estimate, was extremely transparent about all that would be involved, my responsibilities, and the expected cost.
