I highly recommend these guys! Just recently my old boiler and water heater were not working properly. Joe tried his best to fix it but cost wise it wouldn’t have been worth it. I decided to replace it. Rich from Mako gave me a reasonable quote and Joe and George came right away to install a new combo wall unit. The work Joe did with the piping is impeccable (you can see in the picture)and the unit is working beautifully. They worked nice and clean and they finished in the time frame they gave me. You can’t go wrong with them! Thank you guys for your hard work!

Jayson is professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him and Mako plumbing. Nancy is a pleasure to work with too. I hired this company after I had no heat in my home They said I needed maintenance and it would cost $500 I agreed and the technician guaranteed me that it would fix my problem .That did not fix my problem and then they said I needed a pipe lifted and it would be $1,200 I agreed and that did not fix my problem .I did not have heat for days and had to move out of the house.Then they said I needed other work and that would cost $2,500 and I said why ? You told me that my problem would be solved 2 other time’s previous and the owner hung up on me .I called him back and he said he didn’t want to continue working on my system . He said I should call the guy who installed my system to fix it or if I wanted him to come back then I needed to pay him $40,000 for a complete new system and he would have to rip my whole system out.My boiler is only 2 years old and has a 10 year warranty why would I buy a new system. He was trying to rip me off with a ridiculous price of $40,000.it does not cost that much to replace a system this guy should have his license taken away from him for trying to rip people off.I called the manufacturer and they said I had a 10 year warranty and why didn’t the technician call when he was on the job and I asked the tech to call the technical assistance line and he told me they would not talk to him until he cleared up my error code.Clearly he was lying because I called the manufacturer and he said all calls were welcomed and resolved.They are not even located in a storefront they are working behind a house in a garage. I called the owner and asked for a resolution and he said there is no resolution we took your money and if you don’t like it take me to court. I have not had heat in my house for a while I had to go out and buy electric heaters to make the house liveable . I would like my $1,700 back plus additional money to compensate me for moving out of my house
