For the plumbers of this company, it took two days to install the toilet because they struggled to detect the issue of heavy “waterfalls” from the toilet down the kitchen ceiling and sink. Instead of charging up to $450 as the dispatcher promised me over the phone, the plumbers asked me to pay $621, taking into consideration that I purchased the toilet. I paid $500. They want to charge an extra $94. The receptionist agreed to give $25 off the $621 but it was not what I expected. They did fix the flanger, removed my old toilet, and put a new one. I am still expecting to waive $94 since the service and amount of time they spent to fix the problem was way too long. I checked the labor fees with other companies, and they offer much more reasonable prices.

Very highly recommend this company. We had a leaking pipe from our bathtub, called Apex and they were here the next day. They fixed everything within an hour and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Apex for any future plumbing issues that may occur in our home.

Being with them for at least 4 times. First time 125 clean up my sewer problem good for a year or something. Second time call time price up to 200 something, still the same quality good for another year or something. Third time is like 300 something good for a year This last time, the dude show up for 45 mins for the service not a weekend not an emergency. Finished the job, my mom is at the house, ask us for 500 bucks +. A week later the toilet won’t flush again.. call them ask if any warranty, he said he didn’t do anything wrong is my pipe?? But it work good for the last 4 times how come this time doesn’t work?? And with the 500 price tags.

My husband called and someone was here within the hour. Just had Bryan help us get rid of a clog in our Kitchen sink. Excellent customer service and he was quick. Also educated us on best practices moving forward. I would use them again and reccomend to others. Bryan was great – thank you!

Today I had a water drainage issue where my washer machine and other water sources were backing up into the house. I was looking for a plumber to help with the issue when I found Apex. The gentleman arrived within 20 minutes. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner at a fair price! What a lifesaver! Thank you!

If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I am all for supporting small businesses if they are able to perform their job correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone. On 3/24 for my main sewer line backing up into a sink in my basement. Chris came and stated he snaked the line about 20 ft and cleared the clog and went an additional 20 ft for good measure so a total of 40 ft. I was charged $401.25 with a onetime visit within 30 days warranty. The following night 3/25 the sink backed up again around 10:24 pm this company is supposed to be a 24 hr service so I called their main number. I was sent to the answering service that sent me to voicemail, so I left a message 3 times requesting someone call me back. At 10:54 pm I texted Chris to let him know what was going on. 8 hours after the clog and text at 6:56am (3/26) Chris responded via text to let me know he would have someone out to look at the issue. I never received a call back from the office. 3/26 Brian came to my house to inspect what was going on, after running water for 45 mins he told me it was a soft clog that must have given way. I asked about having the line camara inspected or potentially clear it with a hydro jet and was advised Brian did not have either unit on his truck and I was told I could not get the service. When Brian was leaving, I inquired if this visit was my one time call back and was advised it was and if I had to call back there would be a charge. I unknowingly was under the impression that everything was ok. 20 days went by with a strange smell in the basement that seemed like it wouldn’t clear, the night of 4/15 we found out what the smell was, our French drains were overflowing with sewage. 4/16 we had another company come to inspect the line because it didn’t seem like APEX could figure the issue out. The other company came with a camera and hydro jet. They first inspected the line with the camera and found a blockage 93ft into the line, twice the distance Chris went with the snake, a hydro jetted needed to be used to see what it was. Come to find out there was a massive ball of roots in my line that have been there for years this company said. If APEX inspected the line properly, we would have potentially avoided the mess or having to redo our finished basement and throw out our sentimental items that got ruined with sewer water. 4/22 I decided to call APEX to let them know what was going on and express my dissatisfaction, I left a message with the receptionist requesting to speak to a manager and was advised I would receive a call back within a day. I waited 4 days without a call back and called to follow up on 4/25, I was advised I would receive a call back within a day again. Friday 4/26 I finally was able to speak to the Manager Lisa and told my story and how upset I was. Lisa advised she would talk to the owner of the company, and I should hear back from her the following Monday. The trend of not returning phone calls continued and I never received a call on Monday so I decided to call back again 5/1 giving 3 days from when I was told I would hear back. The receptionist told me I should get a call back the next day. That call never came back so I followed up 5/20 and am still waiting on a call back. On 5/21 Lisa called me back and tried to justify the technicians and said they will be sending the check for the $401.25 and advised if I do not receive the check by Monday to call and let her know. It is now 5/31 and the check has still not come, and I have tried reaching Lisa multiple times with no call back. This is a very unfortunate situation and after this experience I will not recommend this company to anyone. Update: After posting this review, the company sent the refund check postmarked 5/31/2024 (date of review).

Thanks to Aaron and Apex I am back up and running. He was able to find the location of a cleanout that he knew was there but was buried from previous owner. We cleaned it out and he was able to get the clog cleared. Thanks again Jonathan

The best service hands down! The office staff is polite and the guys that come out to work are phenomenal! They replaced my water line and were great! Any plumbing issues, you should always call them 1st!

The true test of a good company is how they handle a problem. Apex sewer and drain cleaning failed horribly, I am hoping my experience may help someone else avoid this headache. I called to have my pipes snaked, I do it every 2 years due to tree roots. 5/3 The Apex tech came over. He was a new employee who was having difficulty snaking the pipe. I heard him on the phone calling for help and it appeared was sent on a job he wasn’t prepared for. He could only get through 3/4 of the yard. He scheduled a camera to come over for Monday. After he left, my kitchen sink would no longer drain, the toilet did not flush properly and 1/4 of the power to my house was out. I did not have those issues before he came. I called Apex they told me the tech said it was fine when he left. He offered to have the same guy come over to push the GFI button on the outlet he used but that they are not electricians. I told him I already did that and checked all the circuit breakers. I said I would call an electrician. Saturday 5/4 I called Apex for help due to the pipes not working and I was told he was the only guy on for emergency calls all weekend and he was booked. He also said the guy was new and sometimes this can happen. I said no problem, I can wait until Monday. I asked him to please tell the owner what all has happened and he said he would. Monday 5/6 the senior tech came over. He stated how exhausted he was and in great pain from being the only one working all weekend. He was unable to get past the spot in the yard and will call the camera operator. The cameraman confirmed there is a problem but can’t see what it is but clearly the pipe was not working at that point in the yard. Tuesday 5/7 I called the Apex office. I requested an estimate to get the pipe fixed. I also asked the woman who answers the phone to please tell the owner what was going on. At no point did I ask or say anything about them paying for the cost of the electrician I had to come over. Also wasn’t looking to blame the guy for the pipes. The pipes are old and things can happen. Thursday 5/8 I called the Apex office to check the status of the estimate. She said they were all talking( I assume everyone who came to the house already) about it and I would have an estimate by the end of the day. Friday 5/9 once again in the am I called the Apex office for the estimate. I told her I did not get it yesterday, I assume I will get it today. She said yes I should get it shortly. 4:30 p.m. I tried calling the office again before it closed for the weekend to get the estimate. I got the call service, I explained the situation and she said she would send a message to the office. I received no response Friday, over the weekend, Monday a.m. no response and to this point no response at all. Tomorrow it has been 2 weeks since my pipes stopped working properly after that initial visit. Clearly they are not a very reputable company and the owner and manager lack integrity and accountability. In the interim I hired another company who was responsive, professional, with an amazing crew and did a great job. I will never use Apex again. It honestly didn’t matter what happened that first visit. What really was the issue was how they responded or actually “NOT” responded at all.

Stay away! If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy, reliable company that offers good OR even decent customer service, this is not the company for you. If you looking for a company that will do the job for free but cost you thousands of dollars in damages, remediations and priceless memories ruined and destroyed, this is the company to call. This is exactly what happened to a family member of mine. They flooded his basement with sewage only to vacuum it up, sprinkle some baking soda on the floors and say “don’t worry about the bill” and then just ghost them. However, all that sewage has penetrated his flooring down to the underlayment requiring him to replace Althea flooring that he had JUST gotten installed. Not to mention, all of his children’s toys that were covered in sewage that he had to throw out. If you are okay with your 2-4 year olds playing with toys covered in manure and sewer liquids, give them a call. Otherwise, find another company to help you out. Because if they screw up, they will never respond to you. Or, ask for their insurance’s up front before they come out, and validate that they are actually active.
