Tanner from BODEK Plumbing was excellent!!! He listened to what I stated was my lissue with a leak that started in the second floor bathroom and that was now leaking into the ceiling in my kitchen! He fixed the issue and he cleaned up any mess that was created. Also he replaced my thermostat and bad thermo coupler. He was very kind and courteous too!! I highly, highly recommend BODEK for all of your plumbing, heating and A/C needs!

Really need to teach your drivers basic safety on the road. Speeding, rolling stops, no signals. Whoever was driving your truck with plate ending (88 NA) needs some correction before they hurt someone.

Very nice and professional staff, seem very knowledgeable. Pricing doesn’t seem reasonable though, was charged $375 for them to come for 20 minutes and tell me a plumbing clog had pretty much cleared itself by the time they got there. I’d understand that price for an “emergency visit” or a visit that actually required a significant service. But what can ya do.

Been looking for a goto heating/plumbing company to take over my home since my last installer plumber retired. Friend recommended Botek. Botek Tanner came out and assessed and understood my system. Did an excellent job of fixing my issue and diagnosing further potential issues to address at a later date. Tanner gave me full confidence in knowing his profession and knows his trade. Will not hesitate to use Bodek again and Bodek gave me peace of mind to find solid service on my heating system. Will highly recommended! Service was professional, prompt, and fair.

I called for an emergency, since they advertise 24 hour emergency service. I had a sewer system backing up into an apartment complex that I manage. They said they wouldn’t do it, because I’m not a customer. I was trying to become a customer and had an emergency!! Ridiculous.

Carl showed up on time and offered multiple solutions to fix an upstairs tub leak. He worked efficiently and when given an additional task was not bothered to complete it as well. Good man!

Bodek is who I call when I need help here at the house. I feel like Russ knows what it needs better than me! I trust his judgement – he is always on time and professional – and demonstrates integrity with his work. Grateful to know he will check something out if needed and fix it.

Chris BODEK came to my house and looked at the work to be done. 3 heat pumps for my house. He said he would get back to me in a day or two, with an estimate. I waited a week and called the office “he’s been busy” another week same answer. 4th week after he told me he had the estimate done and the office staff would send it out – nothing. I went to the office, they said he has NOT done the estimate. Hate being Lied to. No good!

I literally cannot say enough good things about your company and the people you employ. Not only were you able to come to our home the same day we called, but your guys spent the time to help us figure out what was wrong! Alex explained what he was doing and why every step of the way! He even helped us find where our septic was and picked up a shovel to help us uncover it! When Mike arrived to pump our septic, he answered all our questions and even helped us get on a reminder schedule so we will be in good shape for our future! Thank you so much! We will recommend your company to everyone we know!
