I didn’t want to give it any stars but I had to give one to post it. That star would only go for Dottie I had a flushometer problem on toilet, kept flushing The plumber was supposed to come between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m at 3:00 p.m. I called the receptionist Dottie who was pleasant and nice the plumber was on his way and he came at 4:00 p.m. he was very abrupt looked at it and said it’s too old you can’t get parts & just left, not nice at all, he should take lessens from Dottie An estimate was sent to my landlord for $2,200 outrageous amount. So she got another plumber & put in whole new system for $925. & it’s back working Stay away from them they are way overpriced

Have used Herber a few times over the years. Great communication and great plumbers. Had a new hot water heater 12 hours of my initial call a few years back. They are coming out this Saturday to look at a new issue I am having with a shower drain. Hope full for a fix. Herber coordinated with my tile expert and fixed all of the plumbing issues.

The Herber Plumbing team coordinated with other vendors, including National Grid and worked with the Town of Islip Building Dept and the plumbing inspector to deliver a completed oil to gas conversion that was fully up to code and working perfectly! We were having issues with a blockage and had called two places prior which were trying to charge us a crazy amount of money. I was able to get through to someone quickly and heard back just as fast. Javi was great and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained everything he was going to do as well. Very nice and polite. Definitely will be calling them if we ever need something again.

Guy was sent over to give me an estimate on a boiler repair. Said my boiler couldn’t be fixed and should be replaced.said my boiler couldn’t be fixed and should be replaced. Wanted to put me in a contract for $10,000 to replace the boiler. Called someone else and they actually fix the boiler and it is working fine.
