Gosh, I hope none of you had the nightmare I had. We had them come and do a ton of work on our house… everything from switching toilets to fixing pipes, ect ect. If you like to be left in the dark to why they keep leaving your house while on the job, leaving behind rookies who play on their phones and not work, oh and by the way you are paying for them … hourly …..and last but not least when something bad happens… they run out to their trucks on their phones leaving you not only in the dark of what had happened but a stressful mess of frantically getting buckets and moving furniture to prevent water damage then this is the company for you. Apology? No! Not a simple sorry for I can’t believe this happened… Oh and them getting back to you for the damages? Forget it, you have to show up at the office because they will not return your calls, and you have to re explain everything that happened to the office manager because she doesn’t know anything about what had happened who goes on to tell you that the owner is in Hobbs and hard to get ahold of.

We had Lane Plumbing replace our Swamp cooler in 2019. We have not had a single season since then where the cooler has worked a full season without breaking down at least once. The amount of money we have spent in repairs on this unit has far outgrown the cost. We are told that our hard water is the culprit, but if the wiring harnesses and engine clamp need to be replaced every year, it doesn’t seem like that is caused by hard water. We paid over $200 for our unit to be serviced this spring and naturally six weeks later, it breaks again. Not sure exactly what the spring service is for if it simply stops working not too long afterward. We had to repeatedly ask for our paperwork for the unit after it was installed because we felt like we received a faulty cooler, but it took over a year of repeatedly asking to actually recieve said paperwork. When we did recieve it, of course it was far too late for anything to be done since the units warranty had expired. They are prompt to respond to other plumbing issues, but we are looking into having another company manage our needs for cooling after the experience we have had with lane plumbing and our cooler.
