Charlie is the only plumber we have ever used. He responds very quickly to emergencies and his work on all plumbing jobs is A1. He never cuts corners and stands behind his work. When the job is over he cleans up meticulously. I would recommend him to anyone.

Charlie came by to fix an outdoor faucet that had cracked. Not only did he replace it, but realigned the water line to trickle outside the house if it ever broke again due to temperature. Charlie was very responsive in keeping me aware of when he would arrive, and worked with my schedule. We have used him before, and I 100% would call him again for any of our plumbing needs!

It was our pleasure to have Charlie West and his associate in our home last week for some major plumbing repairs. Charlie is extremely methodical and organized in the way he tackles plumbing issues. From start to finish Charlie responds quickly, does exactly what he says he plans do, performs the service on time and cleans up and returns everything to better than it was before the plumbing repair. While working, Charlie communicated as he went along as to what he was doing, any obstacles he encountered and how he planned to remedy those obstacles. I chose Charles West Plumbing because of the excellent reviews. I was particularly concerned about cleanliness and punctuality after having first tried a different plumber that showed up hours late and left a mess for me to clean up. Charles West is extremely professional, prompt, courteous and always leaves the work area as clean as it was before he arrived. He is not only a plumber, but also a plumbing inspector. I had every confidence that the work would be done properly, and I was completely pleased with his workmanship and attention to detail.

I’ve been a customer of Charles West Plumbing and Heating Inc. since 1998. Charles West is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and a great communicator. He has handled all sorts of plumbing and heating issues at my house and the quality of his work is outstanding. He shows up on time, promptly returns phone calls and text messages, and takes great care to clean up the work site when the job is completed.
