We had a bad kitchen sink backup. I spoke to owner Craig directly and he gave some options before he sent his team to take care of it. Once I couldn’t clear myself, he had someone over the next day. Extremely professional and one of the best in the game. I used Jersey Drains for the past 12 years whenever we have had a plumbing issue. 5 star service everytime. Thanks Craig for the constant amazing response and A++++ service.

I highly recommend Jersey Drains! I had called them to clear up a backup on storm sewer line in my backyard and also for some water backup in my basement shower. They showed up on time and addressed the issue. A week later, I noticed the same shower was backed up again and there was some water buildup at the lowest point in my backyard. I called on Monday and they were able to send someone out on the same day within hours. Gavin and team troubleshoot the issue, identified the problem and fixed it. They took the time to explain the problem to me and was very patient in answering my questions to make sure I understood. Apparently it was backed up to the main sewer line so they snaked it for me and that cleared up both the backyard water buildup and shower, which apparently was connected to the same line. They did the job professionally without complaints (other companies complain and moan while doing the job) and was light hearted throughout the process. I will definitely be making them my primary go-to for any plumbing/drain needs. Thanks again!

Recent episode of This Old House wasn’t a positive reflection of a skilled company considering the owner wore high top sneakers, workers without any type of safety gear on and that tells me corners will be cut in their work.

Can’t recommend Jersey Drains enough. After having had some really bad experiences with larger drain companies in the past, the service and candidness I received was such a welcome change. Had an issue with my main sewer pipe on a holiday weekend and they came out within an hour, and efficiently repaired my issue. Really honest, reliable, and competent guys. They even mentioned that if I’m interested in the future, that they could replace my antiquated trap with straight PVC pipe for a very reasonable price and weren’t pushy about it at ALL. If you need drain cleaning services, don’t hesitate – call Jersey Drains!!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. Very clean and organized. The most important thing to me, is that they were honest, and had our best interests at heart. They explained things to me in great detail. I learned a lot from them just in their explanations. More then reasonably priced and fair. I’d recommend them to anybody.

It was a pleasure to speak to the owner who took the time to personally explain sewer line replacement options to me and while I like to think that I am fairly well informed about home maintenance issues, I definitely learned a lot just by speaking to Jersey Drains regarding the possibilities that are available, including those that can offer some money and time savers.
