Schaaf did the plumbing for the construction of our building and we continue to use them for service. They are always prompt and thorough. Recently our hot water heater had some issues and Joe got a new heater instead of replacement parts under the warranty which was cheaper to install and better long term. Very happy customer.

The entire company is amazing . From the owners to employees everyone is extremely professional and courteous. The office staff is excellent with the customers. Their attention to detail is immaculate and the work provided is top quality at affordable reasonable pricing .

If I could give less than one star I would. Service was terrible, no explanation, no estimate, no upfront price, in 10 minutes completed job and charged a ridiculous amount. When questioned said he didn’t know it’s what he was told to charge and I would receive a breakdown. Completely unprofessional Call anyone else

100% Recommend! I was dealing with an another company who kept asking questions and requested photos. After I sent the photos they never responded back. Yet with Schaaf Plumbing & Heating with one phone call everything moved quickly and I’m very grateful. From Diane on the call who is wonderful to the plumbers that arrived that were very professional and very quick. I’m very happy with the services and definitely recommend them. Overall great experience.

Had a good experience with Elvis and Rob from Schaaf Plumbing. I wanted to get an estimate for a blocked outdoor drain and a corroded pipe in my basement. I liked how they were really honest about the outdoor drain. They said they could clear out the debris in there but that it’s something that I could probably do myself to save some money. Their pricing on replacing the corroded pipe was reasonable enough for me to get them just to change it there and then rather than me waiting to get more estimates.

Really appreciate the attentive service from Schaaf Plumbing. We had laundry drain and supply service installed on our second floor. The installation was accurate, professional, efficient, and cleanly. We are continuing to work with them on a project on our first floor as well.

They are punctual and react promptly to emergencies. Jo, the head of the company, is always on the front line when needed, personally taking care of and solving issues that may arise.
