Manny and Aussie (Sorry if I misspelled his name) just left my house and I could not be more impressed with their service and knowledge of water heaters. My heater has a slow leak and they looked at it and gave me the truth that this system is on the verge of end of life. They provided different quotes and provided different options to move forward. I will be saving up to move forward with one of those options and look forward to doing business with Nothing but water heaters exclusively. Thank you!

I called the office and Joe set me up with an appointment that same day answering any questions I had. I received texts and emails keeping me informed that David was on his way. David was on time along with taking time to explain everything to me and answering any questions that i may have had. He was very courteous, professional with outstanding customer service. David went above and beyond to get my water heater installed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Nothing But Water Heaters for all of your water heater needs and they will take care of you. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable about craft and trends in industry. As soon as the technician saw my model of water heater, he was familiar with the likely problem and was correct. I was back, up and running as soon as my overnight parts arrived. I can’t include photos, because every company produces a flop every now and then, regardless of ehat industry. That wouldn’t be right to do.

They are the real deal! I was without a water heater for 4+ days waiting for my home warranty to contact me (whole other story) when I decided I couldn’t wait any longer, I called a few other companies. The first plumbing company came out and quoted me $3k plus for a standard 40 gallon water heater and they attempted to upsell me a tankless one for $12k plus. Needless to say I passed as David from Nothing but Water Heaters contacted me back and said he could stop by and take a look. David was honest from the get go, told me exactly what I needed, without upselling me or trying to take advantage of the situation as he was aware I was without a water heater for a few days already. His quote was exactly what I thought (after doing some research) of what it would cost. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.
