Danny the tech came out within a few hours of my calling about my water issue. He was very professional and diagnosed my problem within 20 min. Initially we thought it was a slab leak under the house. Turned put to be a toilet issue. I would definitely recommend 702 PlumbAir for finding any undisclosed leak.

100% Best Vibes from a company I’ve ever experienced. Not only was I able to remove the old water softener and R/O filters that were left by the previous owner in my home, but we also were able to get a new water heater and our Repair man Chavis brought everything up to code. I truly appreciate the hard work and the time he took to get everything done, especially in this heat! I am also so very thankful that they work with you for payments and finances. There was no way we could have gotten this all done without them. Highly recommend not just for the service, but for peace of mind and the personal service that they bring. Thank you so much Team!

Can’t express how happy we were with the service provided by 702 PlumbAIR, especially their plumbing and HVAC technicians Donny Chapman & Clarence Bilgera! On the day of inspections, we received multiple courtesy calls to let us know the technicians were running a little late. Our plumbing technician Donny Chapman was AWESOME & went above and beyond in more ways than one! We requested for estimates to replace/repair our water heater, main water shutoff valve, all our sink and toilet shutoff valves, toilet rebuilds, and installing a water softener system. We explained to him that funds were a little tight since we recently had a newborn which he took extra time to provide four different estimates to allow us to pick one that we could afford. He also included a free water filter system for our kitchen sink since that is where we bathe our newborn and included the toilet rebuilds for free as well! After we decided on the work we wanted completed, Donny scheduled technicians to come to our home the next day to complete the work. There was some miscommunication regarding the technicians, but Donny notified us that he and his supervisor would personally complete the work themselves. Donny again went above and beyond by future proofing his work by changing our main shutoff valve to accommodate for future installation of a whole home water filtration system. After the work was completed, Donny made sure to clean up his work areas, double checked that there were no leaks, walked us through all the different repairs completed, and answered all our questions. Fortunately, we did not have to do any repairs to our HVAC system. However, Clarence Bilgera sat with us after his inspection and explained everything that we may need to prepare for in the future being that our HVAC system is old. He also made sure to answer all our questions and concerns in detail. Clarence also exceeded our expectations by waiving the “coming out” fee! Thank you Donny & Clarence for the awesome customer service and going above and beyond our expectations! We will definitely use 702 PlumbAIR for future projects and will refer them to all of our friends and family!!

If I could give 100 stars I would!!! 702PlumbAir has gone above and beyond everything I have used them. Thus most recent was a major water leak in my kitchen. Chavis was on hand almost immediately, and then was our shining star after we had nothing but problems with the contractor that was used for the cosmetic repairs. We cannot thank Chavis and 702PlumbAir for their awesomeness yet again! Thank you thank you!

My air conditioning went out on the evening of the fourth of July. I contacted 702PlumAir and they came bright and early the following morning. We required a contact-free assessment because the whole house was sick with Covid. Chuck diagnosed the issue, completed the replacement of the capacitor and was able to explain everything to me over the phone. I was emailed a payment link which was perfect. The price was very reasonable and our home is cool and comfortable again. Thank you Chuck and 702PlumbAir! I genuinely appreciate your assistance and timely response. I highly recommend this company.
