I ended up with a tub that wouldn’t shut off so I killed the water to the house. Call Smith Pro and they were out to my house in 20 minutes. Replaced the cartridge and water was restored and faucet works great.

Smith pro plumber was prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with. He had a plan and executed it. He found the problem promptly (our 5 1/2 year old water softener had a critical failure). As our softener was still under warranty, he just cleaned out our water lines and was done. The charge was fair. He did not try to upsell anything. I would highly recommend SmithPro. If we have plumbing issues in the future, we will be calling SmithPro.
