Erik and Jamie dropped by to clear the blockage in my water heater at La Vista Emergency House Water Heaters. I had been dealing with water heating issues for a week and eventually had no hot water at all, so intervention was necessary. I can’t praise enough the excellent work done by the plumber, Jamie, who arrived to fix a burst pipe. He not only got here within an hour, but also took the time to explain what had happened and gave me a fantastic lesson on plumbing! Super nice guy. Plus, right now he was very careful about keeping a safe distance, wearing fresh gloves and a serious respirator, putting on shoe covers, and generally communicating with me to ensure my home in La Vista stayed safe. A big thank you to the dispatcher and to Jamie for their top-notch service!

Responsive and knowledgeable individuals at La Vista Emergency House Water Heaters. I made a call at 7:20 am and by 9 they had someone out to my location. They even called 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were on their way. The charges were reasonable and the quality of work was excellent for our specific needs. We were the first customers to require this particular type of plumbing service from them, specifically, our septic pump needed attention. I highly recommend them. Amazing work. Dialed up La Vista Emergency House Water Heaters at 8pm last evening, and jamie was at my place in La Vista within 15 minutes. He had me turn off my house water supply and was back today at 4pm, precisely as i got home from work. The issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes and for a fair cost. Their staff member, Bernard, exhibited extensive knowledge and skills that made our tankless water heater installation quick and more efficient than we had anticipated. In fact, all Bernard requested was for my spouse and I to indicate the desired location for the new unit (which proved challenging as we opted for the opposite side of the garage from where the old tank was situated) and he executed flawlessly. Dalton was thorough in his assessment of the heating fix job. He gave me information about my heating system that the first two technicians did not. There were 2 other technicians from other companies in my building before him that never mentioned that my ducts were made of asbestos. This is important information to me as I have been diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. Dalton also took my system apart and actually showed me what needed to be replaced and why. I was given 3 different pricing estimates and different financing options. The level of expertise between Dalton and the 1st two technicians from other companies are separated by light years. I feel blessed to have met Dalton and look forward to working with him and his company in the future.
