I tried to schedule a septic clean-out. The appointment person never returned my call. I finally got ahold of her and scheduled service. Day of appointment, I called to give instructions regarding how to find the lid (I was at work and so not at home). The phone-answerer refused to take or pass along a message, instead telling me the guy would call me. I got home to find a message on my landline phone indicating that “it wasn’t how it had been described” so he didn’t do anything (septic lid had a big pink cardboard box on it, clearly visible from the driveway). I returned his phone call next morning. He said “Hello. Pretty early for a phone call, don’tcha think?” It was 8AM. On a Tuesday. Not sure any of the people I interacted with are very interested in, y’know, working.

Our septic line was backing up, Chris came and did an excellent job, then he gave me some recommendations on how to prevent this issue from repeating. Very happy with the service.

Excellent service on my septic system. On a cold and snowy Friday afternoon in subzero weather, our septic needed emergency service. Randi quickly got us on the the schedule, and Jim showed up with the truck ahead of schedule, completing the job quickly; all at a reasonable cost. I give Sweet Pea my highest marks for customer service and satisfaction. Sweet Pea will remain my “go to” for septic services. Highly recommend!

Usually have a great experience with Sweat Pea. Had a break down in communication yesterday but nothing big. I’d recommend them to anyone. They are very fast and efficient.

I called on Monday afternoon, our septic tank needed urgent pumping. They said they could do it on Tuesday afternoon. We were surprised when they showed up early and did a great job at a reasonable cost. We will definitely call them in the future, and we recommend their business. These guys are great! I had a problematic septic tank. Awful experiences, including dishonesty, with other companies. Tried Sweet Pea because I liked the name. Am soooo glad I did. They restored my faith. Shay went above and beyond to take care of me and my problem tank. He’s the sweet in Sweet Pea. And saved me a HUGE amount from other quotes. Call them! You won’t be sorry.

I wanted to write a review, not as a customer, but as a past employee. I can’t emphasize enough how good of a company this is. The owners, management and coworkers are so nice and family oriented. They are genuinely good people which is hard to find nowadays. I worked there for almost 2 years and I have to say it’s the best place I have ever worked. I wanted to write this review so people can see what a great company this is. They really care about their customers and their employees. On a side note, please be patient with the employees, there’s only a few of us running the company over 6 counties and we get really slammed in the summer.
