The woman that answers the phones and does scheduling lacks basic client service care and is very rude to speak with! It’s been a long time since I’ve spoken with somebody so rude and who talked over me so much. Normally I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and say it was potentially a one off type of thing (perhaps she was having a really bad day). However, based on reading other negative reviews it’s clear to me that her attitude is quite common. This should not be the first interaction a prospective client has with a business.

We had a plumbing issue come up that we didn’t have much time to take care of. Brian with Sentinel squeezed us into his schedule the next day and got the job done professionally and efficiently. And he kept the price under the original quote.

Sentinel mechanical was willing to come diagnosis my problem with my radiant floor heating system within a few days and then was able to put an entire new system in within a week where other companies told me it would be a month before they could even come diagnosis my issue. had no heat while 20 degrees outside at this time. Sentinel did a great job. We’re competent in there work. Showed up when they said they would. Sentinel’s pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies. Thank you for your help! Tami

I highly recommend Sentinel Mechanical Plumbing and Heating. We had removed a clawfoot bathtub to replace flooring and in the process broke the pipe to the tub. The tub had no shut off value to it so we had the water shut off to the whole house. Called other plumbers and got put on their emergency list, but no one could come and they would not give a estimate on when they could come (in fact one place called me a month later). Sentinel fit me into their schedule and then added shut off values to prevent having to shut off water to the whole house. Just today I called to fix a little issue with the toilet and they made time to come over and fix it. Even though my projects are small, I know that they still value me as a customer and they do quality work. Debbie Lawton

These guys put in a new kitchen sink and faucet for us, and the work was great. Very professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, rechecked regarding needs, had an excellent means to obtain parts without extending billable time and cleaned up when done. Overall am quite pleased.

On very short notice they were able to fix our radiant heat system. TRULY appreciate them working us in and getting the problem solved so quickly. Skeez was great in his communication and help with the problem. The office staff and the plumbers were knowledgeable and great to work with! Will definitely use them again!!!

Yay, thanks so much, Skeez! He was just here to check the plumbing in our entire apartment complex. One of my toilets was slightly running on and off for the last four or so years (just a slight problem I had gotten used to). Skeez could tell me right away what to replace. I got the part but didn’t know how to install it. Since Skeez was still in the building he came up right away but it was a bit tricky to get it right and he needed to get on with his actual job. I tried it myself but gave up, frustrated. An hour or two later, Skeez was back, HE didn’t want to give up and actually got it done without me having to buy an entire new thing! And he didn’t even accept any payment for all his time. Definitely know who to contact when I get any other plumbing problems!!!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
