Edit – have had problems with their pricing and work. Furnace blower wasn’t fixed correctly and they were going to charge me full price to come look at it again. Only a few days to a week later. Mentioned I was going to rate this in Google and I never changed my review. Called to have the same problem fixed months later and am blacklisted from their service even though I never changed my 5 star rating until now! I guess it was meant to be. ((Old review)) I have gone with Williams Plumbing & heating for yrs. Installed a furnace at a GREAT price, hot water tank, various plumbing. The company is reliable. I wouldn’t even think about choosing another. Call them if you need it done right.

Kirk was the technician that came to fix the two problems that I wanted fixed. He was very personable and pleasant person!! He checked my plumbing system and told me about another problem that I had. My problems were the sillcock leaks every-time you use the facet outside; and the qother problem was that the main line to my underground sprinkler system cracked where to pipe comes out of the house and connects to the regulator (?). Anyway, Kirk found that I had an expansion tank (that was not supported) was cracked almost all around the connector to the main pipe. He also found that both pipe problems I had was because of the slope pipe was part of the problem in both instances. Kirk fixed both pipe problems; and them addressed the expansion tank. He had to address the problem of how to make it possible to fix it again if the tank failed. After cutting pipes and repositioning the tank he solved that problem for future fixes. He fixed the angle on the pipes going out of the house and strapped the expansion tank up so that the connector did not have the full weight of the tank on the combo!!! Kirk was knowledgeable and professional with all that he did for me. He was superb!!!!!

Kirk came out to replace what I thought was an easy replacement of my shower and tub faucet, unfortunately I have a tub wall that was installed when it was built, so he could not remove the faucet without tearing up the tub wall. So Kirk explained that if I just replace the cartridge it will make it a smoother operation and should work fine, as that was the reason I wanted to replace it was it was not moving smoothly. So we went that route and I am very happy with how professional and courteous he was. In the future if I ever need my faucet actually replaced and new tub wall put in I will definitely contact Williams plumbing.

When even the company that installed my kitchen sink refused to come the same day, I was fortunate to call and find Kirk Hollo at Williams Plumbing. They not only sent Kirk right away, Kirk very professionally and remarkably fixed the leak and taught me the mechanics behind such leaks too! I’m truly grateful. Excellent customer service at Williams Plumbing.

Had Plummer Jason Best jr here. Very professional , friendly and competent . This was a challenging job , but he handled it quickly, left the area cleaner than it was and every thing works great. Thank you for great service !
