Called for appt & Bob told me to leave text msg on cell#. I did that twice, days apart with no callback! Terrible customer service…must not care about reputation or new business. I confirmed the phn number I used with the same one listed on the internet so no mistake that I correctly texted the correct number!

We were fortunate that Bob could fit us in for a cabin in Roberts, Mt. We were unable to get a local plumber. He was very efficient, knowledgeable & he charged a fair price. He trouble shot the issues & fixed 3 separate leaks within the wall in less than 3 hrs. His travel charge was sig less than the other plumbers we called. I highly recommend Bob and we will use him again! Bobs plumbing is awesome!

Bob was timely and courteous. He fixed the leaking problem and also found the reason for another problem I was having. Bob was intelligent and analytical, not just a technician.

Did not use this business. In fact, did not pass go. Upon asking if this business would service a mobile home leak, the answer was, ” No, because payment.” Upon clarifying if that means people that own mobile homes don’t have the money to pay, the answer was basically, “Yes.” I inquired on behalf of my grandmother.
