I have editted this review. I was called and cursed at, screamed at, and harassed by a member of company management I was threatened that of i didnt change or take the review down i would be sued. The escalation was immediate. I was given almost no chance to speak. The excuse given multiple times is that the person was upset and that gave them the right to do this because i didnt know what i was talking about. I will leave a review of the product separately.

My wife and I found out we had a cracked sewer lateral under the kitchen stack in our new house. NuFlow of St. Louis was recommended to us. I talked to Dae in the main office. She was kind and friendly. She sent out a team to assess. They came out and scoped our sewer lateral. They did confirm that it needed to be replaced and it was going to be a bigger job – having to jackhammer up the concrete, remove the old cracked cast iron, and line the remain pipe out to the sewer. I was initially worried being a new home owner, but the team that came out later was professional, efficient, and polite. They worked tirelessly at my home each day for three days. They put my anxieties at ease when I asked them questions, and Chris, who came out later, was incredibly knowledgable about what they do when I asked him questions. Everyone was nice, hard working, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend NuFlow of St. Louis.

They quickly and efficiently performed the job as requested. I did explore other options before choosing nu flow which admittedly would have been a larger scope, but would also be several times more expensive. Every day the workers left the job site cleaner than it was originally and they kept everything tidy and isolated to a 2×1 foot section. I will recommend the company to others in my tight situation.

Superior work. Quality work. Nu Flow replaced 1940 sewer pipes and drains! Very friendly and communicative. Tiny 2-inch drains replaced with large 4-inch drains. Answered all my questions.

I highly recommend these folks. Deneira handled everything and got us scheduled quickly given my experience with current lead times. The NuFlow crew was courteous and professional and we were only W/O water for 24 hours. The best part is no more rivers of yuck in our basement.

Nick and John were everything I wanted in a service provider!!! They were punctual, they were professional, they were respectful of my property! They did not damage anything in my home and left it as clean as it was when they got there! I will use them every-time I need any sewer service.

I own a slab home were my residents were having issues with water leaking from under the foundation. We had the pipes camera to determine what the issue was and found that some of the pipes had cracks in them which were causing water to leak out. Rather than breaking up the floor and replacing the lines we engaged NuFlow to come and use their technology and service to “line” the pipes so that the cracks would be repaired. We gave NuFlow the camera video that we took and they provided an estimate to get the property repaired. This process took 4 days in which I had to displace the family renting this home to a hotel during this period. After the family moved back in they found that the original problem that NuFlow was hired to correct was still happened. Nothing changed or was better after NuFlow provided their services. When we contacted NuFlow about this situation they sent someone out to investigate and told me that NOW the issue was in an area of the pipes they “could not repair” and then recommended we hire and pay for another plumbing company to come out and break up the concrete floor to repair. I am out $6,950 and still have a plumbing problem that NuFlow led me to believe they could fix.
