Lemay plumbing did a fantastic job with our re-pipe and water heater replacement. The plumbers and office staff were very professional and courteous, and the work was done on-time. On top of that, their pricing is very competitive and was the lowest of the bids we received for the job. I will be calling Lemay for any future plumbing needs.

Representative was two hours late to our appointment and wasted more time talking about his children’s careers than our service needs. Then ghosted without providing the promised estimate or scope of work. 0/10 for bad service and unreliable staff. If this is what the process looks like at the beginning, I’d hate to see what happens next. Steer clear.

Don’t waste your time with this company, they were on the list for the St.Louis County home improvement program, called the first time for an estimate, was told he needed to check with the office about the schedule, waited a whole week then I called again and was told I’d get a call back but never did. So two weeks wasted and I’ll be sure to try to get them removed from the recommended contractor list
