Work was fine-technician knew what he was doing and got the problem solved. My issue is with the quote for service. I was advised that it would be $235. When the tech arrived (and saw that I had a $25 coupon), a $25 “fuel charge” was added to my bill. Pure bait and switch tactic. You can make a sale or make a customer. You did the former. Quick follow up. Company saw my review and wrote me an apology and refunded my $25.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing professional, efficient, and friendly plumbing service. We had a pipe break and had to shut off our water and they were able to fit us in the same day as an emergency! And the technician they sent out, Jake, was very knowledgeable, proficient, professional and customer oriented. He was able to get our repair made fast, in about an hour, which was very much appreciated!

Have had several work done at my house by Snake n Rooter this past month and always: the professionals were courteous, clean and did fantastic jobs- jobs: Digging out the cement around a toilet drain (iron) installed a sleeve and toilet- the. also installed a shower- fantastic job and great company- reasonable pricing for plumbing these days!

This company was incredible. Best craftsmanship, best warranty, best people, and best price! Couldn’t ask for more. They did my mother’s sewer repair and she highly recommended them to me. The best recommendation she ever gave me! I interacted with 3 different employees of theirs with the same amazing experience. All of them have decades of experience and have passion for what they do and take pride in it. They replaced my sewer pipe that was inside my landscaping. They had to remove a bush to get in there. Not only did they put all the dirt back, but they also put the mulch back and landscape molding. They even swept the street when they put the bull dozer back on the truck. Very meticulous and detailed. Very happy customer and they have earned all of my business in the future.
