Rick showed the afternoon of the same day I called for a septic pump and clean and that was done flawlessly!! Unfortunately the real problem was the collapsed and plugged main line from my house to the septic tank!!! Without hesitation R&M crew jumped to the challenge to get our homes waste water system back in order.. with the threat of rain storms coming early the next day they got their equipment to site early and got to work discovering a plethora of ill repairs on my lines..Without any hesitation romoved the entire system and replaced it that morning,covering the hole and finishing the grade away from foundation before the afternoon rains. Recommend their services to any and everyone,thank you so much for all your hard work!!!

Quickly told they dont do laterals….okay. Is that not fall under plumbers?

They got the job done in an hour, cleaned a sink drain. About 30 feet to the main line in the house. So highly recommend the work but it costs quite a bit. Wife thinks it may have been weekend rates. Don’t know wasn’t told.

They were very polite but they said they would be by this last week to pump my septic and said they would call before coming by but didn’t call or leave a vm.

Made an appointment with Richard for Saturday morning 9 am to snake two drains in my basement. By 9:30 I called him and he didn’t even remember his appointment with me, and he was on an emergency job that would have him busy till about 1. Said he would call once he was on his way. At 1:30 I called him, no answer. At 5:30 I called him, left him a voicemail to show up real quick or forget about it. He never called back. Really disappointed.

Came out to change shower valve. They told me $350 but charged me $500 because they helped me put mirror back on and it took them 5 minutes to replace and fix.

Contacted them Friday afternoon regarding investigating a leak between our home and water main. We were told they would come out Saturday to look into the issue. When no one had shown up or contacted us by Saturday afternoon, we called them back. We were told that they had come by, seen some dirt that we had moved for other reasons, and assumed we’d had someone else fix the issue. We were then told it would be Monday before they could look at the problem. Definitely not happy about the lack of communication and the lack of follow through.
