John was fantastic—professional and friendly, and he got the work done thoroughly and quickly. Highly recommended!! Update: a couple years later and Ryan at MasterTech came out to help us with a drain issue—- clog between the house and the sewer. He was friendly and fast and clearly knew his business. What a delight to see someone work when they really know what they are doing!

Macenzie was great! She came on a Sunday evening when my AC went out and the house was 80 degrees. She arrived within 30 mins of my call. She immediately spotted the issue. Confirmed her course of action with what I assume to be a superior. And completed the work with 20 mins. She was kind and efficient and showed great professionalism. My home is cool again and I’m very happy w the service I received!

Another five-star service call with MasterTech. I used the online form and was quickly contacted by the friendly and helpful dispatcher. Even though I wasn’t available for the earliest time, MasterTech still had my appointment scheduled for within 48 hours for a non-urgent repair. Day of, they let me know when the technician would arrive and he was exactly on time. He was friendly, professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. With my approval he immediately set to work completely resolving the issue in a highly efficient manner. I have learned to not worry about plumbing issues when they come up because I have MasterTech in my corner. I urge anyone with plumbing needs to get in contact with them.

Matt was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very competent. He carefully explained what was happening and the increasing costs as more and more problems became apparent. He worked hard to figure out the best solution to complicated issues. He worked in a very uncomfortable, cramped position in a tight space in a corner cabinet with any complaining. Please convey to him our appreciation.
