I had an old water heater replaced. I purchased a new unit through Lowe’s who arranged Trio plumbing to install it. Eric did an excellent job completing the project and hauling away the old leaky unit. I recommend Trio without a doubt.

I had a water heater installed to replace an old one that had reached its life expectancy and our hot water was starting to smell like rotten eggs. I’ve been a homeowner for 30 years and have had a lot of bad experiences with service calls. Having said that, I was very impressed and pleased with the installation and professionalism of this company. I spoke to Mark to set up the service date and he was very accommodating. He answered all of my questions and gave me confidence that his crew would do a good job. Adam texted me to let me know that he was on his way and showed up just a few minutes after 9:00 (I believe the window was 9:00 to noon). He was friendly and asked to see the old water heater. I showed him where it was located and he immediately got to work. He kept me informed on his progress and knew exactly what he was doing. I believe the installation was completed in just over one hour. He told us that it would take about 2 hours for the water to heat up and then we’d be good to go. Sure enough, we had hot water that no longer smelled! Very pleased with this operation that could not have gone better.

I contacted them through Lowe’s to get a new water heater installed. They called me the same day, the person was knowledgeable and asked clarifying questions. They came to my house early morning the next day. They took care of everything, getting the new water heater, installation, set up, purchasing additional items that were needed, hauling away the previous one. Their technician was kind, fast and everything was set up in less than two hours. Great job!

Bad experience at my mom’s house on Mother’s Day weekend. Left her house in a worse situation than he came into. Came to fix an issue that was caused by his company’s error. Would not recommend

I called several different plumbing companies to get a quote, and kept getting $2,000+ quotes to have a Water Heater Installed. Decided to try Lowes setup for installs, and was paired with Trio Plumbing. Trio quoted me a amazing and fair quote and had me scheduled in only a few days. Shout out to Scott our installer who took care of us.

We had our water softener that the previous owners put in start leaking. We researched softeners on Lowe’s website and found one that we thought would be good. Ordered it up and then had Lowe’s install it through contracting with Trio Plumbing. Trio was awesome the entire time. They came out to see what we had existing, took some photos, worked up the bid, got it sent back to Lowe’s. Lowe’s called me to verify that I had already purchased the softener, and asked if we were ready to accept the bid. Not too long after that Trio scheduled the install, was very quick and prompt. Showed up on time, out with the old softener and in with the new, about 5 hours. They even disposed of the old system for me! Then we had a leak, no fault of the installer. We had a nice puddle on the floor of the basement about a week after install, found leak Saturday evening, steady drip, called in and they unexpectedly answered late Saturday evening! They were at my house 7am Monday. Very quick! They got the leak stopped, but it came back again. We determined that it was probably a manufacturer defect, but they replaced the connector anyway dying the next and final visit. In the meantime I reached out to Lowe’s and Aquasure. I dried up the area of the leak after the connection was replaced on 3rd visit and have continued to monitor it for a couple weeks now and we have been dry as a bone, I think what I was seeing after the connection was replaced on 3rd visit was some residual water that made it look like it was still leaking after the even though it looked like it was trying to bubble out and around at the connection, but the new connector seems to be the fix. In the meantime I contacted Aquasure and Lowe’s, and have the replacement part to the softener if needed, but at this point everything seems to be holding bone dry and working as it should. Long story short Trio was easy to work with, the installer would even reply to my texts, even when he probably didn’t have to. I’m sure my install was a bit frustrating since it kept leaking, but at no fault of Trio, but in the end we got it fixed and now even have a pre filter too. They were always on time and prompt. I recommend them. Excellent job!

Water heater install through Lowe’s went very fast- I got called back same day I put in the request and the install happened the next day, the plumber was courteous and professional, and the price was reasonable as opposed to four other plumbing companies including the HD contractor who all wanted a grand more to do the same job.

I just had a new gas hot water heater installed by a technician by the name of Eric from Trio Plumbing. Eric did an excellent job!!! He was fast and friendly and got me back up and running with hot water in no time. Unfortunately, I have been without hot water since Christmas Eve. My unit was very old & it was time for a replacement. Thank you so much Eric!!! You’re the best! April Price
