So we’ve been using Bore’s plumping for the passed 4 years! We are very happy with every service they have given us! Over the weekend our sump pumped stopped working and they couldn’t get anyone to replace it until Wednesday! They called us back on Saturday to let us know they were ahead of schedule and could make it out same day! Boy am I thankful because after all the rain we just had our basement woukd have flooded and we would have lost everything! We will forever use them!

I had an appointment at 230pm yesterday. When they didn’t show or call, I called them. The girl who answered the phone said they were booked and she didn’t see my appointment. I explained that my parents came all the way over to my house for this. The girl was rude but offered to book me next week. Unprofessional.

Poor communication. randomly shows up, even though told To give a heads up notice completely rude. Showed up clueless like he didn’t know why he was there even though my landlord communicated what his job was.

We’ve used Bore’s for about three years now, for everything from the annual jetting of our main sewer line (including one year when it was an after-hours emergency situation) to installing a dishwasher to fixing the 100 year-old lead plumbing connection to our tub faucet. They’ve always been on time, communicative, fair and consistent with pricing, and generally good humans. Thank you, Bore’s.

1/16/21 Used these guys yesterday and they were perfect. I thought I had the location of the clog figured out and the guy explained to me why it was the opposite and he was right and fixed it, his name was Bob. Will use these folks from now on. Great price too. Used them again today 12/19/23 different guy came but same outcome, they did great work pretty quickly came when they said they would and great price again, guys name was Blake…

We hired Bore’s to helps replace CPVC plumbing in our home. They are based in Arnold, but serve the whole area. Mike, the owner came out to give us a bid. Jerry is a journeyman plumber and one of the Bore’s team. He is very talented, quick, and has great workmanship. He did the work we needed to have done. Now Jerry is back out here helping us to complete the plumbing on a bathroom remodel. I highly recommend Bore’s.
