We moved into our house about 6 months ago and the plumbing was bad, we hired y’all to replace the plumbing in our showers because they wouldn’t work at all. It took almost a month to get everything done to begin with because they kept ordering the wrong parts. We got those repairs done and now EVERY SINGLE SINK IN OUR HOUSE has ZERO water pressure. I’m talking kitchen sink on full blast and we got maybe a needle’s width of water coming out. We have been trying to get a hold of y’all for THREE MONTHS leaving numerous messages and nobody will get back to us. What’s the deal???

William and Kaine did a wonderful job and fixed all our plumbing and draining issues. This was on a Sunday and they came right after church and took care of business. They were very respectful and professional and gave us much relief from a huge problem! Thank you so much!

Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. I called last week to get service on my water heater. They didn’t have anything available until later in the week, so that’s what I took. The scheduled appointment time came and went without even a phone call to let me know what’s going on. All calls to them went to voicemail. Finally an hour after the appointment time I get a call back assuring me that the techs are on the way. They finally showed up another 90 minutes later, so 2.5 hours or so after the original appointment time. They poked around for a bit, determined the water heater needed to be replaced, and said they would call first thing in the morning with a quote. That was five days ago. No call, no quote, and no hot water. I’ve tried calling repeatedly and it just goes to voicemail. It’s clear they’re not interested in my business, so I’ll take it elsewhere. I strongly suggest you do the same.

I wanted to update my review for Mr. Rooter of Tupelo . Manager called us after complaint and immediately ask what he could do to make it right. I had said all along that the job they did was exceptional but was concerned with the charges for tool they didn’t have. He quickly refunded charge in question ! I would definitely use them again! !

600.00 for a job done in 30 minutes. Ridiculous Job was well done but price excessive We were first told it would be 450.00 but then added 150.00 for a tool they didn’t have ( they said they would have to rent) and 95.00 just to come out. My husband said he would pay 600.00 cash money but no more. They dropped the 95.00 service call and took money without leaving a receipt.

Mr Rooter Plumbing is my hero. He came same day called after working out of town ALL DAY. Took him seconds to find the issue left by another plumber. Otis repaired and explained what needed to be done efficiently and effectively. No more issues. He even cleaned under sink. We found our forever plumber. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.
