Arrived on time. Very personable and knowledgeable. Professional and courteous but above all fixed my leaking faucet! Prices reasonable and could be considered a bargain as plumbers are costly. Mike was the best. Called him the day before and he said that he would be out the next morning. Just like clock work he was here after I received a text that he was on the way. He was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was quoted a price and he started immediately. Maybe an hour later and my problem was solved. Had to bring in the big guns but got it done. I would highly recommend and I will use him again if the need arises. Thank you, Mike.

I called yesterday as a new customer, and spoke with Michael on my first attempt. That was not the case when calling others. I explained issues that began worsening yesterday with a toilet in our new house and we agreed that next morning would be a good time for him to make a house call. He called and text prior to arrival with his eta, diagnosed and resolved my issue on his visit. His friendliness and professionalism was greatly appreciated, as well as prompt and reliable service. I am very happy to have connected with Michael, so that I know a trustworthy reliable and affordable company going forward should any other issues arise. After dealing with a clogged drain for 2 years with no viable solutions from 2 other plumbing companies, Mike saved the day! He carefully listened to our plumbing problem, provided a thoughtful diagnosis, and quickly and professionally resolved the issue. My expectations were exceeded through his ability to appropriately determine the problem and come up with an immediate and effective way to clear the drain line using a scour jet. He was polite, on time, and explained things clearly. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again as my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough great things about the Professionals at Southern Sewer. After several not so pleasant interactions with other local plumbers, I called Southern Sewer. Not really thinking at first that if they did residential work due to the name but thankfully they do, and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. Our new to us home had been sitting vacant for 10 years and revealed several plumbing problems when the water service was turned on. Mike was prompt to respond to our call and tended to our various issues the same day. His installation and repairs are very neat and he made sure we were fully functional before leaving. We finally found our Plumber! Do yourself a favor and avoid all the nonsense other local companies put you through and call these guys.
