Back here three years later to change my review. I would not use this business again; and I haven’t since I left my initial review. Three years ago, when the tech camera’d my toilet lines, I was told that the lines for my master bedroom addition run under the slab of my house, to the main sewer. They wanted to rip up my slab from my bedroom all the way across my house to the main bathroom. And had I had the money for it, we would have let them. And they would have found no lines. I was told that the lines for my addition were old cast iron (same as the failing main sewer line), and that wasn’t true. I was told that my master bathroom’s pipes were “really bad” in comparison to the pipes in my main bathroom. It lead to us shutting down my master bathroom for 3 years, hoping to starve off a problem until we were able to get the financial means necessary to fix the old pipes. The manager refused to let us complete the repair one area at a time (everything had to be done at once; and it just wasn’t realistic for us with low funds and a new baby). They did do a yard repair on some old cast iron pipes, and left it a complete MESS when they were done. But as a first time homeowner, I wasn’t aware that it was their responsibility to clean it up after they were done so I never contacted the manager (that one is my fault for not calling to be sure). Anyways, cut to three years later, we contacted a new company to come out to give us an updated cost for the repair and, surprise surprise, the master bathroom’s pipes are PVC pipe, that run outside along the house, so no need to wreck the other half of my house. The pipe did have a break in it from roots in the outside line. In addition to this, we just found out that when they did the yard repair, they cut the existing pipe line from our master bathroom, and we only just found out because again, I shut that bathroom down for THREE YEARS thinking that it was the biggest issue with my plumbing. Funny thing too, the last time we contacted the company was because the toilet was bubbling and had a slow drain (from the roots in it) and the manager was rude to my husband and I about how we needed the line under the slab fixed in order for this to not be an issue and that they wouldn’t come back until we scheduled that. The tech at the other company we used, pulled the toilet and immediately knew I was wrong about the pipes being cast iron and running under the slab. I swore up and down about these guys being “the best choice” three years ago, to being completely upset with their ineptitude for not knowing what they were talking about and feeling completely stupid for always thinking that we couldn’t repair the pipe until we were ready to also repair all the flooring and dry wall they would have to rip up along the way. Happy I called someone else and I recommend you do too.

The technicians arrived in a timely fashion and set about their work of replacing two 33 year old water heaters. They were efficient, courteous and professional. There was no upselling. I am very much satisfied and would highly recommend them.
