Charged $200 for a 5 minute job with no parts. My disposal stopped working and I had them out. Turned out he just had to hit the reset switch on the outlet (yes, I’m dumb for not trying this). I appreciate they had to roll a truck and book time and that a service charge is inevitable, but $200 for 5 minutes of work? Take your business elsewhere.

We had leaking wax ring, unknown to us, bring down our finished lower level ceiling on Christmas Eve with 11 relatives at our home. I called Roger Vadnais Plumbing at 8:01 on Dec 26th. Roger had a plumber, Gordy, at our house by about 8:45AM. By 9:30AM the leaking wax ring was diagnosed and replaced with a raised flange/new wax ring and toilet reset and operable. We had a new wood floor installed in about 2016. The floor installers did not raise the flange to take into account the thickness of the ne flooring material but just used two wax rings to compensate which caused the long term leak causing ceiling below to become saturated and subsequently fail. If you replace flooring be sure to have a plumber reinstall the toilet to avoid this problem. We have used Roger Vadnais Plumbing whenever we have needed a plumber’s help since we purchased our home in 1993 and we recommend them highly.

Had the BEST experience (usually said no one ever about a sewer backup)! The entire team was top notch – from the scheduler who was able to find a same day appt to the gentlemen who cleared/took imaging of the main line. Everyone was courteous, informative, efficient – and finished the job well! Upon arrival, they even asked whether to remove their shoes. Very thankful we called this plumbing service and will moving forward for any needs!

Called six times and was promised call backs by their office person each time. No return calls even though I sent pictures of the job area as requested. I gave up trying to get them to actually respond after 2 weeks of trying. If you don’t want the job, don’t lead me on. And I was a repeat customer!

My main drain finally plugged again. Called on Monday morning around 930am and placed service call. Received call back from plumber and arrived at 11:40 They properly cleaned out the drain. They didnt just poke a hole through the plug like so many others do. They did it right the first time. They came prepared with the right tools for the job. Thank You Roger Vadnais plumbing. I have had this company out twice for clogs. They are the only ones that have fixed the problem. The other companies we have had out don’t fix the problem or push the clog further down the line and have hidden fees (Hero, Paul Bunyan). I’ll admit they are more expensive than those other big companies by quite a bit, but I can only speak on their plumbing services which has always worked when they come out here. Would rather pay more for successful services than continually having the same problem and have to have another company come out again anyway. They actually knew what they were talking about too and were transparent through the whole process. No hidden fees for scoping. They do whatever they need to do to get the job done. This is the only company I will call for plumbing work.

My water heater went out and they were able to give me a quote over the phone. They came out the next day to install it. Very professional and showed me the features. This was in August 2021.
