I called to get a bid on a jetted tub install. They were here within a week, fair quote and when finished there were no surprise charges. They were in an out in the same day. Very clean and professional.

Key things about RiverWorks Plumbing: Timely, considerate, punctual, clean, excellent communication, knowledgeable and great follow-through. We had a pinhole leak happen in the pex cold water supply line in the wall. Cole was awesome. We knew he would have to open the wall, and I was so pleased at his professionalism and cleanliness. Clean cuts in the drywall to make patching as easy as possible, vacuumed up everything. He repaired the leak quickly, gave some recommendations about future-proofing against future leaks in the old pex, and gave us a recommendation for a remediation company to deal with the small amount of mold in the wall from the leak.

We had a flood in the basement coming from our floor drain. Cole was here same day, to clear the drain. The same issue happened two days later, Cole was back out here to fix the issue immediately. Cole also provided recommendations and other companies to assist with the cleanup. Will definitely use them again!
