****** UPDATED REVIEW, ****** I had used this plumbing service before and head excellent service. Brian showed up on time did a fantastic job and the bill was commensurate with the work done. Brian is the shining star in this business. That being said, be very careful with this company. After the first utilization of them I was convinced I had a plumber for life. Called them again to have a propane heater installed in an out building and they never gave me a solid date when they would be able to come. I called four more times left messages each time finally got a call back a month later about when they could come to install the heater. Too late. They obviously did not care about me as a customer for some reason. When I told their customer service rep that I was unhappy about it and that I was going to use someone else she just said fine and hung up. No apology, and no attempts to even make amends. By the way, on the first outing I paid immediately when I received the invoice and had originally given them five stars. No way to run a business though.
