Aiden came out to our house to diagnose why our water heater’s pilot light would not stay lit. It was 12 years old. He gave us options that included new water heaters. He was very thorough in his explanations. We decided to purchase a tankless water heater. The next day Aiden came over to install it. He was helped by Bruce. Both men were very professional and friendly. Aiden explained what he was goi g to do and when the job was complete walked us through the operation and care of our new water heater. We highly recommend both this company and Aiden and Bruce!

Water Heaters Now did a great job! Our water heater needed to be replaced & had unique piping that needed to be replaced as well. Nate was very helpful & responsive when we reached out for a quote, to discuss our options & to schedule a time to get next-day service right before a holiday. When Aidan arrived the next day, he took a look at the situation & was able to provide an even better solution for what we needed. He explained the solution in detail & it was clear he had our best interest in mind. The staff is knowledgeable, kind & friendly. The installation was quick, smooth & efficient. The cost was reasonable & fair. Highly recommend!
