I recently submitted an online estimate request and received a call from Metro the following day. They explained what they thought the issue might be and provided an estimated cost but mentioned that they would need to send someone out to confirm. The next day, Fred from Metro arrived and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Fred was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained his plan of action and consulted with me before proceeding whenever he encountered a challenge in my old home. Despite facing continued difficulties, Fred resolved my issue in just 3 hours. He assured me that he tested it without seeing any water leaks. I will watch it and reach out if that isn’t the case. Based on my experience, and if they have more people like Fred, I would highly recommend Metro. I have previously used another major company specializing in HVAC and Plumbing but was not satisfied with the service and pricing.
