These guys replaced an outside faucet. Connor’s had quoted me $594 to do it, which I knew was outrageous nonsense. Kyle (I believe he was) from Faribo was as honest as they come. $111 and about an hour later it was fixed. Very good company, end to end. I also learned that Connor’s techs work on commission – another reason to stay local.

Randy was awesome! I called initially for a few leaks that needed repair. He ended up doing a few extra repairs for me that I didn’t notice when I called to set up the appointment! I would definitely recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the near future!

I have NEVER been treated SO POORLY in all my life! My house wasn’t clean enough for them to work on my sink!! I have 31 bunnies who waited all week for them to come and they are still without water!!! I guess they DO NOT care about people or animals. My husband and I work two jobs, milk cows and take care of a 10 acre place! We work HARD all of the time!! I am sure their places aren’t prefect either!!! The old saying goes when you point a finger at someone there is three pointing back at you! This is just not a Christian act!

Will give it to these guys Had to wait to get appointment then had a appointment with them and they called to have to cancel when they got stuck at another call the day of our appointment was a little upset because had to wait until the following Monday for them to come and of course the job turned out to be bigger than expected so they had to wait and come back two days later worked for two hours and parts they were very respectful cleaned up after and I went to pay and they said it was taken care of they just gave us our Christmas back and I couldn’t be more grateful to this company and there compassion and to these to men who did the work thank you God bless you Merry Christmas.

Our high-efficiency boiler quit last evening (noticed after business hours when temps were headed down to about 8 deg.F). (FB&H installed the boiler 10 yrs ago, and it has performed very well.) We relied on auxiliary heat sources overnight. I called FP&H and a repairman was here before 10am the next morning. Randy readily discovered the blower had seized up, and installed a new blower kit without delay. He had the parts needed, did a fine job and we got boiler functioning in a little more than an hours time. We have appreciated FP&H’s fine services on various occasions for several years!
