Excellent service! A previous service could not find the problem in my garage drain. Todd was upfront when I called that garage drains can be difficult and he couldn’t promise success. I appreciated the honesty, but in the end he found and resolved it. Todd was efficient and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! cleared my kitchen sink, tub, and basement floor drain for a very reasonable price! highly recommended! 9/24/03 UPDATE: just had FLOW out today for the aftermath of a flood from the day before that had clogged my basement utility drain. Todd was out within a half hour and had the drain opened within fifteen minutes. Once again I will go with the FLOW! I will always recommend FLOW! UPDATE: had FLOW out today to clear a basement utility room drain and my basement bathroom sink. As usual Todd was prompt returning my call, scheduling an appt, and he quickly resolved any issues I had! He even remembered me from two years ago! I will keep recommending FLOW and giving him my future business.

Highly recommend. Todd was a pleasure to work with and cleared out drain issue quickly. Even took the extra effort to double check the laundry sink drain which also clogged. Great service and value!!

I’m sorry but I can’t remember the guy that came out and did our job today but he did an excellent job really knowledgeable and really helpful with the problem and he done a great job I’ll have him back again if I have problems but hopefully I won’t have problems

Flow was quick to respond to our slow drain. He took the time to check all of the areas we had concerns about. He replaced a pipe that was very brittle and when he used the snake, he was very clean about it. Great service.
