These guys did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them. Their bid was lower than others we got and they performed additional repairs during the installation that we hadn’t realized we need to be done as part of the installation. Cannot say enough about how impressed we are. Would Highly recommend.

This time Devon dropped the ball and there was no working with him or compromising. All previous work with Devon has been 5 out of 5. This time the toilet that was installed was still leaking slightly. On inspection of installed toilet there was an extremely fine crack that you could feel but very difficult to see. The only solution we were offered was $1000.00 additional bill to what we had already paid him and he would bring new toilet himself and install it. I went and purchased the same toilet, took the deformed toilet back and installed new toilet. Has been working fine ever since!

Plumb Right has been great to work with over the years, on past plumbing remodeling and again on this water heater replacement. They were much less than my other bid, and the work was performed extremely well. Even when the technicians ran into an unexpected issue they had an acceptable resolution, and completed the replacement the same day as quoted. I highly recommend this company!
