Rob was great. The Air system was not working (went out last night) and messaged O’boys. They responded very quickly and Rob was able to come by the next afternoon. Our furnace was also on its last leg (both 18 yrs old) and with the fair prices we opted to do a replacement on both. Best of all we are scheduled to have install in a couple of days. Greatly appreciate the time to explain our options and answer all questions and concerns.

Prompt, kind, efficient and fixed the real problem instead of just making an assumption and fixing something else. I literally had someone else out a few weeks earlier that misdiagnosed the problem and poo pooed my concerns. Chad listened, agreed with me and found the real problems. I am one very happy customer!

Brian was great, his energy was contagious and it felt like you were talking to a long lost friend. His knowledge of the system and his persistence to get us the best deal while getting quality for our purchase was exactly what we looking for. Greatest service visit we’ve ever had. Update: We had a great experience overall. The installers (Adam and Gavin) were here early in the day and got the AC coil and external unit swapped out before house got too warm. We’re set for the summer now thanks to O’Boys!
