I highly recommend Drain Surgeon! I have had experience with other plumbers in the area and have not been nearly as impressed. David was easy to get ahold of. They fixed our bathtub drain even with our odd old house plumbing underneath. There was one thing I wasnt quite satisfied with, I gave them a call, and they came back quickly to fix it without charging me extra as other plumbers have. I will definitely use them for any of our future plumbing needs! They are very knowledgable, honest, and reasonably priced!

All 4 exterior walls in the basement start leaking water on Christmas night. I get someone in on the 27th. They told me what to do and quoted me 15K. Meanwhile I need to fight water for 3 weeks until they can demo my basement. Called Drain Surgeon. He was busy said he’d try to get to me that day, but might be the next. 4:30 rolls around and I figure I’m fighting water another night. He calls comes over after 5. Guys get stuck at the job before mine. He comes over at 6 and in less than an hour the basement is no longer taking water. Worked late and got it done. Oh yeah, and 15K and three weeks with a bunch of demo turned into 1 hour sameday and under $200. Unbelievable! God is good. Absolutely recommend.

Had company A out to look at our 100+year old clay drains around our home and they only got 4′ in before stopping. Called Drain Surgeon, they fit us in just a few days later, were able to competently clean the entire system AND explained next steps we could take on the home/gutters/grade to improve our situation. Could not recommend enough. 10/10+!

Drain Surgeons did a great job at taking apart our toilet to fish out a broken belt buckle. They walked into a huge mess, they cleaned up and sanitized everything and they were fast and professional.

Woke up to water backed up again in our basement. We have used another company a few times for same issue, but a neighbor suggested to try Drain Surgeon. They were really booked, but fit us in same day. They fixed our problem quickly AND placed a cap on one of the lines that the other company had just left open. They did a GREAT job and went over and above. The price was also less than half what the other company charged us. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Drain Surgeon if you need any work done that they provide service for. We definitely will!

5:05 PM on July 3rd and our basement toilet is backing up. I’ve seen the Drain Surgeon truck in our neighborhood before, so I called. They said they were booked up and couldn’t get to me until the next afternoon. Oh well, it’s a holiday. Didn’t leave a name or number and thought I would try someone else. Ten minutes later, Dave from Drain Surgeon called me back and said they could squeeze me in due to a cancellation. Ten minutes later his crew showed up and within 90 minutes the drain was cleared and problem solved. This is why you do business with small businesses. I probably could have called 20 companies and gotten nowhere. Drain Surgeon went out of their way to give great service. And after 5 PM on July 3rd! PS: I had no idea what the cost would be, and really, I had no other options. I was shocked at the low price. Call Drain Surgeon when you need help.

Came out sooner than expected both times, good pricing, works fast and very nice. Highly suggest if you need drain work.
