Was able to come out the same day I called for a backed up sewer line. Ran the cutters on the end of snake and removed the roots causing the blockage. Would definitely recommend if in need of sewer line ussues.

100% our Go-To guy for my sewage drain issues! phone is answered promptly and always gets me sorted in a timely fashion. Even shifted things this last time to come within a couple hours for my call given I had 4 guests coming, water in my basement and couldn’t even flush a toilet without making it worse. So grateful for Pickles!

I had a sewer line problem. I called at 9:00 a.m. They were here at 1:00 p.m. and by 2:00 they had taken care of it. And at a reasonable cost! 5 stars! Hopefully I won’t be needing the service anymore, but if I do, they’re on my quick call list.

I live in an area known for having roots issues creating sewage backups. I called Pickels 2 years ago to do a preventative snake to the sewer line, I hadn’t had one done in 8 years when I had my first backup. Last summer I had another backup which it shouldn’t have happened. I called them again and I paid in full for the service Last week, about 9 months later i had another backup. I called them again and I said that I thought I should not being charged for the latest job since,obviously, the previous cleanings of the lines were not done properly. I wad told that he couldn’t work for free and to contact another company.

Used to really like their service because they were fast efficient and reliable. Now apparently if you own a trailer they won’t come out even if the access is at waist level. It’s a shame to see a good service become less reliable. Time to shop around the more expensive companies out there.

Went out of his way to get to our house on a Friday afternoon to get our main sewer line cleaned. Very friendly and professional very highly recommended.
