Basement drain was backing up because of a blockage inside the house as well as roots growing into my clay pipes outside the house. Bill assessed the issue, resolved it and proposed multiple options for a long term solution to the problem. His price was very fair and was very honest and transparent throughout the entire process.

We called Drains Unlimited and are very glad we chose this company. Among other issues they helped us with, we had a broken sewer line and extensive root blockage. Bill and his son knew exactly what had to be done and their professional work ethic was was evident throughout. Their pricing was very fair, and they were prompt and courteous, as well. Bill and Dustin were insanely helpful with a couple of plumbing issues going on in our new home. They were speedy at responding to an issue that was causing water in our basement. Bill was excellent at explaining the issues and even gave great trade referrals to other companies when there was something beyond his scope of plumbing. They took the time to really investigate an odd installation of a cartridge in our shower valve that was leaking. Highly professional and would recommend for any of your plumbing and drain issues!

Had a great experience with Drains Unlimited! I had a sewer backup 3 months after purchasing a new home. Bill was able to come out quickly, clean out the sewer line, and show me through video what it looked like. Can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend!
