Will not be referring this plumbing company to anyone ever. Had a toilet installed which took over two days to do. Once it was installed, as soon as you flushed it there was a noise coming from the bathtub, which the plumber said was “normal”. Turns out it is not normal at all. Had another plumbing company come out that has been in the business for forty years to get a second opinion. As soon as they flushed the toilet and heard the noise from the bathtub they immediately went to up to the roof and noticed the vent was clogged. When air can’t escape through the vent, it forces itself through the drains where the pressure caused the gurgling noise from the bathtub. They also noticed that the pipes that were installed are not the right size. The new plumbing company that I contacted for a 2nd opinion has advised me to get my money back from you. They had to take out the new toilet you installed and found that the flange was NOT installed properly and the pipe that you installed was was much to small for the bathtub. The owner of the company came to assess the job that you did and said it was done illegally and it would not pass inspection. If I don’t get a full refund from you ASAP I will be forced to take legal action if it can’t be settled upon and reached a mutually acceptable agreement.

We called and he said he’d be out the next day after he called. No call, no show. Great business model. You can’t send a message to a business landline, and he was aware this was a business. Still no call to reschedule over a week later, so I don’t understand how sending a message matters.

If you’re looking for a plumber this is your spot. I have been on a hunt for plumbers since Friday, motown plumbing did not show up on my list/near me , but they were able to come out same day. Ezequiel , Come over as soon as possible and talked me through everything he was doing and what happened. He was very explanatory, answered all my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable in what he does. I would highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing services needed.

We had a pipe break beneath our kitchen slab. Ezequiel came out before Thanksgiving and got us fixed up in plenty of time to enjoy the holiday. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process, and kept reassuring us that everything would work out fine. He was 100 percent right! Ezequiel is a hard worker and his pricing is very reasonable! Ezequiel is now my plumber. Unless he suggests I use someone else, I am calling Motown Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

Great company, great pricing you can’t beat it. They are very polite n caring in my home. They snake my drain system out. They Fix a lot of problems I was having in my home. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family. I will definitely will be calling Motown plumbing back in the future.
