Iam so disappointed in this company. If I could give them zero star I will. I couldn’t use my toilet for a whole day after one of deir people came to fix it and after 2 days of getting the flapper fixed the water started running uncontrollably and an exhorbitant amount of money was collected from me even though I have 6 month guarantee and then I proceeded to call another plumber to check what was wrong with the toilet. That one is just fixated on collecting more minry. I angrily had to let him leave coz only God knows if he is competent enough to do the needful. You all this company is bad. I won’t advise anyone to have deir plumber work done.

We were offered a refund. Called late at night for an emergency service as we had water dripping through our walls on our main floor and basement. The man that came out was really nice but unfortunately didn’t look too far into the problem. He looked at our attic and said it was because our roof was leaking and we need to get a roofer. This was not the reason that our walls had water pouring down them. A radiator pipe broke in one of our extra bedrooms and was dumping water through the floors and now we have cracked wood and an unknown amount of damage as he told us that keeping the water on was fine. So we had over 14 hours of water running through our house that could have been stopped almost immediately if it had been looked at properly. He had even walked into the room where the broken pipe was.

It’s a total scam. They really cannot do a thing for you. They just want the 60 dollars to come out and tell you that they do not know how to do anything.

My plumber was Blake and he was incredible. After I told him what was going on he diagnosed it and gave all the potential options he could do then recommended based on budget. He was very positive throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again because of him

They had someone out in under 4 hours when everyone else was claiming 5 days availability. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable.
