Customer paid for a maintenance service and a month later the air conditioner stopped working. Now they have to pay for another service because a poor job was done during the maintenance call. Then the technician sabotaged the customer new capacitor voltage sticker To make it difficult for anyone else to change it in the future.

Last night at 12:15AM mind you, my sump pump went out. My basement was flooded with ankle deep water. I got a call back about 10 minutes (or less) after I left a voicemail to page the on call plumber. And that happened to be Jacob. He was kind, reassuring, and very patient with my midnight problems. We worked out a plan and decided to set an appointment for 10:00 am (Sunday) and within a half an hour Jacob was here, switched out my failing pump, made sure everything worked and was connected and running. Highly recommend Witcher for your all your plumbing needs. They are kind, courteous, professional, and extremely fairly priced. My emergency was fixed in less than 12 hours and was done with the utmost professionalism and care. Thank you, Jacob and Witcher for saving me the stress and worry of the century. We will be customers from here on out. You guys are incredible!

Firstly they were here right on time, with shoe covers in hand. That means a great deal as I don’t want to be left scrubbing my floors afterwards. Once they were here they were kind, personable and introduced themselves then got right to work addressing the issue. They communicated thoroughly with me from start to finish. Were honest about their assessment and offered options with different price ranges for my problem. I really appreciate that as I don’t want to feel like I’m being over charged or taken advantage of. They left NO mess behind, were efficient and finished in a timely manner. I felt like they went the extra mile. I would most definitely recommend this company and will absolutely call them again for any future needs!!

Her name was Shari. Plumber was Joey. They were so understanding of the pickle I was in for the holiday and company coming and bent over backwards to squeeze me in. Pricing was up front and by the job not hour. I loved that. I am putting my review on wamplers lake fb page bc people need to know a nice family plumbing business that cares.

The Whitcher Plumbing & Heating team provided us with a phenomenally professional customer service experience. Just the nicest crew we’ve ever worked with and incredibly prompt. Our A/C stopped working and they came out same day to troubleshoot. A new system was necessary and the team was able to get it installed very quickly, during the hottest and most humid week so far this year! Much appreciation to Andrew, Richard, James, Jake, Phil, Shari, and Lori! Thank you for your professionalism, expertise, promptness, and genuine kindness! $99 for someone to come out and look at my toilet that is clearly leaking for them not to know the answer!! Waste of money spent!!!

I Called Whitcher regarding A/C problem, they showed up the same day, Jake quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Jake also inspected both the A/C and furnace while there. Made my day!!!
