I’m disappointed that I have to write a negative review here because I really wanted to have a good experience. At the beginning of the process, they were responsive. I was getting a boiler replacement for my home. The person was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable about moving forward. There was a delay in the process as far as moving forward, and I reached back out a couple of months later to make sure that the invoice was still valid. I received confirmation that it was, and that it would be several weeks before the install would happen. I responded by telling them that I would be getting the Mass Heat Loan processed in the next week and would be back in touch. After multiple phone calls and e-mails, no response. Now I have a loan I’m paying for but nothing to show for it. Because the HEAT loan is no longer being offered via MassSave, I’m unable to reapply under a different vendor, so I’m stuck which means that I also can’t get access to any of the MassSave rebates that I was supposed to get. It is very frustrating. If for some reason they weren’t able to follow through, I would have appreciated being told before I went through with the loan. While that would be a bummer, it would have been something that I could have much more easily have recovered from. Now I’m stuck with a loan, no new boiler, with a current old one that will die any day now.

Can not say enough about Cullen Plumbing & Heating. My house had no heat and although they were busy they fit me in. Pat found the problem repaired a pipe and restarted the heat. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you for everything!

They came to install an outdoor hot water faucet. Communication was great leading up to the job. They were on time and did great work. Will use them again in the future.

I’m so pleased with the work done. Many small jobs (faucets dripping) but MANY large jobs as well (replace sink shut-off valves, rebuilt both shower valves & fixed a leaky shower drain). The work was done efficiently and without incident. Very professional and personal. Thank you Cullen P&H.

It was our first time using Cullen Plumbing. I have to say, it was an excellent experience. They were on time, quick and efficient, they came in and did 2 sinks fixture replacements, and a shower mixing valve. All is working great and no issues. Will definitely give Cullen a call for any future plumbing needs. And Pat who came to the house was very courteous and professional!
