Great customer service and response. We had major water leak on a Sunday evening, and Big Dog Plumbing responded back and got us a temporary fix. And right over the phone. They know their stuff. They’ll be by tomorrow for a permanent repair. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, this company failed to respond to calls or text messages to a sump pump that I needed install. It does prove that there is no accountability for being a reliable source for my plumbing needs.

Well! BIG DOG offer to help me even before he had the JOB! he fixed the issue at hand. I work in boston had a leaking basement. I ask him to go by and have a look for me. He did it out of Courtesy. I am recommending this guy. everyone has different experiences. Mines was very professional.. Thank you!

I highly recommend Big Dog Plumbing. My hot water heater was leaking and needed replacement; I live in a mobile home and you know replacement heaters for these homes are not easy to come by. Eric was able to obtain a hot water heater right away and replaced it within one hour and a half. We seniors need to honest reliable and efficient people like Eric and staff. Beware of wolf in sheep clothing. This Plumber swore in front of lawyers that the leak came from a “split bucket” by maids. In reality he jury rigged a clamp over leaky pipe. I had a real plumber come to look at it and he laughed at the job he did. This plumber did not fix to code and lied about it. Plumber should lose his license to practice for fraudulent claims and fixes. Beware of this liar and cheat.

Spoke with them to get some work done. He said he would call back if I texted him the details. Never heard from him again! Apparently not reliable. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
