I called them on Sunday 1/14, a technician was sent out within an hour. He had the problem diagnosed (which is not your average problem and they had to go get parts) with my boiler within an hour and a half of that my boiler was working and I had heat. Not only were they prompt, and the customer service was great but I would recommend them to my family and friends. These guys are amazing!

Do not call this company. I called for service 3 days ago and they said they would come out the next day. We waited the whole day and I called them, they said they would come out at 9AM the following day. 9AM, no one shows up. I call again at 11AM and a half hour later they text me saying that they would be out this morning at 9AM. Guess what. No one shows up, my wife contacts them and they forgot, they would call us back. Nothing? I call another plumber and they’re supposed to come out Wednesday. We’ll see. But Webster was completely unprofessional about this and does not deserve any more business.

Once again, Fred L. Webster came to rescue for us last weekend! Always call them for anything not just plumbing but new kitchens and bath. They are honest as they come! They don’t try to make up reasons to jack up the bill. They fix what needs to be fixed and don’t push other repairs unless they are truly needed. Their customer service is great & they are very responsive. All of their service Techs are experienced & professional. Their prices are very fair. We live in New England we have all the seasons so the weather tends to happen… Bottom line, Our friends and family will keep hiring the best! Thankyou Fred L. Webster Co. Very fedup, after repeated calls and remainders, yet no showup. Lacks commitment. Recommend choosing someone else who attends to you when needed.
