Same-day service, Called around 9 AM they were here by noon. The two guys that came Brandon and Alex, were friendly, professional all around good guys. I would recommend Bulduc Plumbing Anytime. From the first time he came 20 years ago now till today nothing but wonderful service.

Micah and his team are quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They don’t cut corners and are excellent to work with. We’ve had them help us with installing new plumbing for a studio apartment, a few water heater replacements, a few faucet and tub leaks, and more. Called this morning about a corroded pipe. Micah responded within the hour, showed up and assessed it less than half hour later. An hour later Brandon and Alex showed up and repaired the pipe. Responsive, friendly, courteous and a job well done. Great customer service! Thank you!

We called Bolduc to come help connect our new waterline to the house. The owner responded immediately and agreed to come and even contacted the contractor so that they could coordinate their efforts. I was very grateful for this, and my friend was in need of some plumbing assistance for a couple of projects in her house, and I recommended them to her as well. They came out the same week to help her. My friend had her service done the day before we did and ended up being charged a little over $1000 for about 2 1/2 hours of work. When she questioned this, she was told that their rate is about $200 an hour— which they must’ve charged for both the licensed plumber as well as the apprentice that he brought with him to get to that final bill. The next day, they did the work at our house and we were floored when we got a bill for over $2000 for 4 1/2 hours of work (started at 8am and were packed up and gone before 12:30). They did not have to provide any real supplies for my friend or myself– – in her case, she had already purchased a water filter and faucet that she wanted installed, and in our case, our contractor had bought all the fittings (and there are NO itemized items on our invoice). So this was pure labor, and again was charging at least $200 each per hour and one of the men that came was an apprentice– – we really felt taken advantage of by the end.

I’m very happy with the service I received from Bolduc plumbing. I had a response from my initial call within 30 min, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and my problem was solved within 24 hrs. I will definitely call them in the future if any need arises.

Can’t say enough about the excellent and responsive service we received from Bolduc Plumbing. While others either had no time for us or didn’t even return our call, Micah returned our call in a matter of minutes and he was at our house within a couple of hours to repair our leaking basement pipe. We were so grateful. It was the first time we used Bolduc and based on our experience it won’t be our last.
