I work for this company for a little over 9 months I was on a permanent site called Collins Aerospace I had never worked for a more toxic company in my life every question I had was answered with skirted under the bush or cut this corner I was never shot straight with except on a few occasions by some individuals not everyone there is toxic but I’ve had quite a few issues with very particular individuals and management I would ask know how something was done and they look at me and walk the other way. There was no training little to none and everyone was looking for a way to screw you over you weren’t allowed to sit down and have lunch for 5 minutes without someone coming to ask us to do something on top of that pay was always off and there was almost never an explanation and when I started doing choir about my overtime I was let go and they called it Staffing reduction after they had me train one of the new guys so at the end of the day what they might have done may not have been illegal but the amount of immoral actions by management at Collins Aerospace and crw was Paramount please think twice before trying to work for these people they’re about the money and not about the customer or about their workers that was my experience. If there was an option for no stars I would leave it I was consistently forced to work through lunch and was pretty much every day harassed about my viewpoints and my religion Christianity by more than a couple people on site. And when I was let go CEO of the company decided to take the keys that I had in my pocket out of my pocket without asking for permission there was a lot of mishandling and mistreatment at this place. They are crooked and they will screw you over

Van driver very dangerous. Ran me into another lane, flipped me off and kept driving.
