Had a leak at around 7pm. Called many local businesses but had no luck until finding Roto-Rooter. Abdul Khan was the technician who helped replace a valve. He was on time, courteous, and super patient. He did an excellent job; would recommend him and call him again for another service.

This started out a wonderful experience with supervisor Oleg for a sewer back up in our bathroom. Quick response, quick insurance claim approval. However, things went downhill fast with some ups and downs. The plumber made a mistake causing a second back up. He returned after several days of run around with company and repaired his mistake for no charge. That was great. The big problem was the water restoration portion, after 3 days of fans/ humidifiers the crew finally left. I went to see and there was still poop material on walls, hair/poop in shower and other toothbrushes and whatnot that could have potentially been used by family members. I had to spend the day deep cleaning, then hire a cleaner. I called to complain and I thought that was that. However I was still sent a $1000 bill for my deductible. Again given the run around so it looks like I’ll be going to court. I even said I would pay my deductible but I’d want to see a refund sent to StateFarm at least.

Abdul was our technician, and I commend him on his dedication and expertise. We had a clogged main line early on a Sunday morning, and he made himself available and responded to our job in under an hour. He had the pipe cleared in about an hour of hard work, snaking 100 feet of the pipe twice to make sure no additional debris was in the pipe. I would gladly welcome Abdul back to work on my plumbing for other jobs.
